Approved claims get an emailed invoice for $9.95. Your replacement ships as soon as it's paid.

Before you start, have these ready:
✔ A photo or screenshot of your original receipt showing the store and purchase date
✔ A photo of the defect, with a handwritten note showing your name and today's date

Leaks, cracks, breaks or tears caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.
What's not covered
- Normal wear, scratches and print fading
- Odors or stains
- Damage from drops, heat or misuse
- Lost parts
- Bottles custom printed for other companies (PerfectShaker branded bottles only)
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers
Good to know
- A $9.95 shipping fee applies to every approved replacement.
- An original receipt is required. Purchases from perfectshaker.com, Amazon, The Vitamin Shoppe and other authorized retailers are covered.
- Replacements are the same model and color. If yours is discontinued, we'll send the closest match.
- No need to mail your old bottle back.
- Claims are processed for the US and Canada. Outside North America? Please contact the retailer where you bought your PerfectShaker.
Limited lifetime warranty. Replacement of the defective product is our sole obligation under this warranty. No cash refunds. Warranty is not transferable.
